Procedure :
1. Wash the fruit. Peel and then cut the Golden Delicious apples into large cubes. Halve the red plums and remove the stones. Cut the halved plums in half again and place all the fruit in a bowl suitable for the microwave oven.
2. Sprinkle the fruit with blackcurrant-flavoured sugar then cover the bowl with cling film. Microwave at 900W for 3.5 minutes.
3. When the fruit is cooked, place in a food processor and blend to obtain a purée of your preferred consistency.
4. Fill the “Le Parfait super 125” jars with stewed fruit up to 2 cm away from the rim. Close and immediately carry out the heat treatment for 30 minutes in the pressure cooker
5. Keep the stewed fruit in a cool place until eaten.
