Compote of vine peaches and gala royal apples

Ingredients : 6 vine peaches, 6 gala royal apples, 60 g sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar. |

Procedure : 1. Wash and peel the fruit and cut into large cubes. 2. Place the cubes of fruit in a pan then add half the sugar and the sachet of vanilla sugar. Add 20 cl of water and bring to the boil. Once the mixture is boiling, place a lid on the pan and leave to cook gently for approximately 15 minutes. 3. Once cooked, blend the cubes of fruit using a blender and add the other half of the sugar. 4. Fill the “Le Parfait Super 125 jar” terrines Seal the jars and carry out the heat treatment immediately. 5.
