Ingredients :

4 potatoes, 1 cooked beetroot

Procedure :

From 12 months. Eat within 12 months

1. Wash, peel, cut into cubes and microwave the potatoes for around fifteen minutes at 750 watts. Meanwhile, peel and cut up the beetroot into cubes.
2. Use a mixer to produce a very smooth, pink purée with the beetroot and potatoes.
3. Fill the Le Parfait Super 125 terrines up to 2 cm from the rim, close and immediately carry out the heat treatment for 45 minutes at 100°C in a pressure cooker


N.B.: Before eating, heat up your preparation, adding a knob of butter. Check the temperature before giving to your child.
