Chicken soup

Ingredients : 4 chicken breasts, 2 garlic cloves, 50cl coconut milk, 4 small green onions, 2 limes, 1 fresh chilli, 20g ginger spice, curry powder, sugar, oil. |

Procedure : 1. Cut the chicken breasts into strips, wash the limes and remove the zest, peel and crush the garlic, juice the limes, mince the chilli, peel and chop onions. 2. In a frying pan, sweat the garlic with the lime zest and ginger spice in a little oil. 3. Add 50cl water to the garlic and bring to the boil. Add the chicken and simmer for 10 minutes. Add coconut milk, 1 cup of curry powder, 1 cup sugar, onions, lime juice, chilli and cook for a further 10 minutes on a gentle heat. 4. Pour into Le Parfait Super Jars to within 2 cm of the rim and immediately cook for 45 minutes in a pressure-cooker.
