Recipe Coconut and pineapple jam

- Peel the pineapple and cut it into approximately 11 cm in section.
- Pour 1.1 kg of pineapple flesh and 4 tablespoons of grated coconut in your cooking container and add 1 kg of giant sugar.
- Mix and bring to ebullition. From this moment, while mixing, count the cooking time: 7 minutes with a giant sugar, otherwise 15 to 20 minutes. Maintain a high fire and stir often.
- Check the cooking by testing the cold plate.
- Split then immediately put it into pots, close them and return them for 1 min, then put them back to the right to let them cool.
