  • Une poignée de pétales de rose
  • 100 ml d'eau de rose
  • Sucre blanc
  • 2 gousses de vanille

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, reduce the pink petals and rose water to dough.
  2. Take the 2 vanilla pods and split them from the middle.
  3. In a pot Le Parfait 2 liters, mix 3 cups of sugar with 3 cups of hot water and stir.
  4. When the sugar is almost entirely dissolved, add the vanilla pods and the pink paste and continue to stir.
  5. Close the jar and let it stand for 1 to 2 days.
  6. Filter the syrup and keep it in a jar Le Parfait own
