Recipe Orange flavored sugar

Voilà une recette de sucre facile à faire et originale ! Idéale pour aromatiser vos pâtes à gâteau, pâtes à crêpes ou simplement à ajouter dans un fromage blanc !

Ingredients

  • 1 kg de sucre
  • Environ 250 gr de zeste d'orange BIO (vous pouvez ajuster en fonction de vos goûts)

Preparation

  1. Zest your oranges and place the zest on a baking sheet.
  2. Dry the zest in the oven for about 1 hour at 100 ° C.
  3. Mix the dried zest then mix them with your sugar. Put in a jar.
  4. Wait for about a month for the sugar to be well imbued with the good orange taste!

You can vary the recipe using lemon or the citrus of your choice!
