- Mix the remaining 1/4 dough with the pistachio paste.
- Butter the terraine (s) well, as for a cake pan then fill a bottom of vanilla dough, then the pistachio dough by zebrant, then again the vanilla dough. Make sure not to fill the terrines more than half because the cake will swell.
- Pre -cure without oven lid at 150 ° C for 20 minutes. Leave to cool for 1 hour so as not to burn yourself.
- Position the capsule, close and proceed to the heat treatment of your marbled cake, 45 minutes at 100 ° C.
