  • 150 g de beurre
  • 2 cuillère à soupe de pâte de pistache
  • Vanille en poudre

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.

  5. Mix the remaining 1/4 dough with the pistachio paste.
  6. Butter the terraine (s) well, as for a cake pan then fill a bottom of vanilla dough, then the pistachio dough by zebrant, then again the vanilla dough. Make sure not to fill the terrines more than half because the cake will swell.
  7. Pre -cure without oven lid at 150 ° C for 20 minutes. Leave to cool for 1 hour so as not to burn yourself.
  8. Position the capsule, close and proceed to the heat treatment of your marbled cake, 45 minutes at 100 ° C.
