  • 4 citrons bio
  • 500 gr de sucre en poudre
  • 1/2 litre d'eau

Preparation

  1. Cut the lemons into rings

  2. Mix water and sugar.

  3. Bring the mixture to a boil

  4. Add the lemons and simmer for one hour at a constant temperature 

  5. Once the lemons are confused, remove the preparation from the heat and remove the lemon slices.

  6.  Dry the lemon on a rack for a day.

  7. Put the rings in a jar Le Parfait Super 1L to consume in the month.

Faut il conserver le sirop obtenu pour mettre les citrons dedans une fois refroidis ainsi que le liquide sirop froid ?
