- Rinse the sweet potato. Peel it and cut it into cubes. Weigh 150 g.
- Cook the sweet potato cubes so that they can crush them in puree (steam cooking, microwave, etc.).
- At the end of cooking, keep the cooking juice well. It will allow you to adjust the texture of the mash.
- Mix or finely crush the sweet potato cubes with a dozen tablespoons of cooking liquid. You should get a smooth and rather liquid puree.
- Season with a very small pinch of cumin (if you have opted for this option) and mix/crush again.
- Fill the terrine up to 2 cm from the drinker, close and immediately proceed to the heat treatment 1h30 at 100 ° C.
- To delight baby, all you have to do is warm it up.
