Recipe Sweet potato puree

Ingredients

Number of persons: Pour 1 terrine Le Parfait Super 125
  • 150 g de patate douce épluchée
  • En option : 1 pincée de cumin

Preparation

  1. Rinse the sweet potato. Peel it and cut it into cubes. Weigh 150 g.
  2. Cook the sweet potato cubes so that they can crush them in puree (steam cooking, microwave, etc.).
  3. At the end of cooking, keep the cooking juice well. It will allow you to adjust the texture of the mash.
  4. Mix or finely crush the sweet potato cubes with a dozen tablespoons of cooking liquid. You should get a smooth and rather liquid puree.
  5. Season with a very small pinch of cumin (if you have opted for this option) and mix/crush again.
  6. Fill the terrine up to 2 cm from the drinker, close and immediately proceed to the heat treatment 1h30 at 100 ° C.
  7. To delight baby, all you have to do is warm it up.
