Recipe Canned Brussels cabbage soup

Sa singularité, une poire ajoutée qui s'allie parfaitement au goût des choux de Bruxelles. Cette soupe d'automne sait se faire délicate ou gourmande à l'envi alors autant la conserver.

Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg de choux de Bruxelles
  • 1 belle poire
  • 1 bouillon de cube de volaille
  • Sel et poivre

Preparation

  1. Pour 1 l of water into a large saucepan and add the poultry broth cube. Bring to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile, remove the base from the cabbage, wash them under cold water, then cut them in 10. Peel the pear, remove the heart, then cut it into large dice.
  3. Add the cabbage and the pear to the broth, cover and simmer for 20 minutes with small broths.
  4. Mix your preparation to obtain a very homogeneous soup. Salt and pepper.
  5. Fill your jars Le Parfait Super up to 2 cm from the edge, close and immediately proceed to heat treatment, 2 hours at 100 ° C.

When consuming, when the soup is very hot, add a few braised bacon, cheese and croutons.
