  • 175g Mehl
  • 2 Päckchen Hefe
  • 200g Zucker
  • 1 Prise Salz
  • Zimt, 4-Gewürze-Mischung, Ingwerpulver nach Ihrem Geschmack
  • 20g Rosinen
  • 140g Walnusskerne
  • 250g Karotte
  • 3 Eier
  • 30g lauwarmes Wasser
  • 100g Öl
  • Butter und Mehl für die Gläser

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, spices and raisins. 
  3. Crush the nuts and add to the bowl.
  4. Wash, peel and grate the carrots. Add to the bowl and mix everything.
  5. Add the eggs, water and oil and mix everything energetically.
  6. Butter, flour and fill the terrines half. 
  7. Bake the open terrines, making sure to remove the orange washer well. Cook for 20 minutes at 180 ° C. As of the end of cooking, take the terrines out of the oven and let cool for a moment
  8. As soon as possible, arrange the washer and then proceed with the heat treatment, at 100 ° C for 1 hour.
