  • 1,2 kg sehr reife Mirabellen
  • 1 kg Kristallzucker
  • 1 Stange Zimt
  • 1/2 Zitrone
  • Balsamico Essig

Preparation

  1. Rinse the mirabellers, dry them, cut them in 2 and remove the nuclei.
