Ingredients

  • 2 Hähnchenschnitzel
  • 1 fleischige Vanilleschote
  • 20 cl. halbdicke Creme
  • 1 Würfel Hühnerbrühe
  • 1 EL. Teelöffel getrockneter Knoblauch
  • 1 Zwiebel
  • Salz
  • 1 Prise Ingwer
  • einige aromatische Kräuter
  • 1 EL. Teelöffel Rohrzucker
  • ½ TL. Teelöffel Kurkuma

Preparation

  1. Mince the chicken cutlets. Small 1/2 vanilla pod and brush the cutlets.
