  • 1 Zweig Minze-Bergamotte
  • 1L chlorfreies Wasser
  • 30g Kefirkörner
  • 1/2 Zitrone
  • 1 getrocknete Feige
  • 50g Zucker

    Preparation

    1. Infuse the mint in cold water overnight.
    2. Add the Kéfir preparation: Kéfir recipe
    3. When the fig rises to the surface, remove the as well as the lemon and mint then filter to recover the grains.
    4. Pour the preparation into a lemonadier swing top Le Parfait Then keep the recipe 2 to 3 days at room temperature.
    5. You can then keep your drink in the refrigerator until tasting.
