  • 70 g Cranberry
  • 60 g Rosinen
  • 60 g Johannisbeeren
  • 25 g geschnittene kandierte Schale
  • 30 g gehackte Trockenpflaumen oder Pflaumen
  • 80 g brauner Zucker Muscovado-Zucker
  • 100 g geriebener Apfel
  • 50 g geriebene Suifeste und der Saft von 1/2 Orangenschale und der Saft von 1/2 Zitrone
  • 40 g Mandelblättchen
  • 5 g Gewürzmischung
  • 1/2 Teelöffel Muskatnuss
  • 40 ml Armagnacblatt

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients with half of Armagnac and let stand one night in a covered bowl or covered with cling film.
  2. Wash and boil your jars of jam and their lids with boiling water and let them dry in the open air.
  3. Stir the mixture, pour it into the jar of jam and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake for 1 hour to 120 degrees Celsius / 248 Fahrenheit.
  5. Gently remove from the oven. Remove the aluminum foil. Pour the rest of the cognac on the mixture and close immediately with the jam cover.
