- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Butter the mold with a brush.
- Crush the nuts lightly with a mortar or chop with a knife on the board and roast them in a dry pan over low heat.
- Grate the piece of ginger, to reserve. Open your jar and coarsely mix the carrots.
- Blanch the eggs with the sugar in a bowl. Add the flour, a pinch of salt, a pinch of each powdered spice, bicarbonate, roasted nuts and grated fermented carrots. Mix everything. Pour the preparation into the cake pan and bake for about 25 minutes.
- Check its cooking using a pointed knife. Take the cake out of the oven and let cool.
