- hike the beans and wash them.
- Blanch the green beans for 5 minutes in a large casserole dish of boiling water then refresh them in a bowl of cold water. Once cooled, drain them.
- Emince the garlic finely. Peel the red tomatoes (plunge them for 1 minute in boiling water to facilitate the task).
- Heat the oil in a large casserole dish and brown the garlic. Add the tomatoes then the beans. Add 3 glasses of water then cover and cook over medium heat: good cooking of beans and tomatoes takes 10 minutes.
- Place the beans and pieces of tomatoes in the jars. Salt the juice remaining in the casserole dish at the rate of 10 g/l and pour over the beans up to 2 cm from the edge.
- Close the jars, ensuring that the edges of these homemade canned cans are perfectly clean, then immediately carry out the sterilization (heat treatment) of green beans for 1 hour to 1200 ° C.

Oui le traitement thermique correspond à la stérilisation dans un autocuiseur ou stérilisateur. Ça peut paraitre long mais pour des légumes à peine cuit, c’est le minimum.
