  • 180g Fromage Fouetté Naturel au sel de Guérande Madame Loïk
  • 50g Beurre Doux Moulé Paysan Breton
  • 100g de palets bretons
  • 12.5cl de crème liquide
  • 30g de sucre glace
  • 1 càs de jus de citron
  • 1 càc de vanille liquide

Pour le topping:

  • 50cl de coulis de fruits rouges
  • 50g de fruits rouges

Preparation

  1. The night before or 6 hours before, start preparing the cheesecake.
  2. In a container, mix the Breton pucks (reduced in crumbs) and the soft butter (melted) Breton peasant
  3. Place it and tamp everything at the bottom of a super jar so as to obtain a homogeneous and compact layer.
  4. In another container, mix the whipped cheese Madame Loïk with the icing sugar, lemon juice and vanilla extract.
  5. In the robot or electric mixer, mount the whole liquid cream (until you get the consistency of a whipped cream), then gently incorporate it into the previous mixture.
  6. Pour the preparation over the layer of cookies and smooth everything.
  7. Reserve at least 6 hours or even one night in the refrigerator.
  8. Before serving, decorate with red fruit coulis and red fruits of your choice.
