  • 4 Zwiebeln
  • 1,5 kg Tomaten
  • 4 Knoblauchzehen
  • 150 ml Essig
  • 150 g brauner Zucker
  • 4 Teelöffel Dijon-Senf
  • ½ Teelöffel 4 Gewürze
  • ½ Teelöffel Kreuzkümmel
  • 2 Nelken
  • Salz Pfeffer

Preparation

  1. Remove the skin from the onions and cut them into. Wash, seed the fresh tomatoes then cut them into coarse pieces. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into pieces.
