Recipe Mozzarella tomatoes with olive oil

Die klassische italienische Vorspeise gibt es auch in der Dose. Aber Vorsicht, dieses Rezept ist etwas Besonderes, da es Käse enthält. Es ist nicht länger als 1 Monat haltbar und muss gekühlt aufbewahrt werden. Sobald diese kleine Einschränkung beachtet wird, können Sie sagen: Hier entlang, Antipasti!

Ingredients

Number of persons: so viele Leute
  • 1 kg kleine, runde, feste Tomaten
  • 3 Kugeln Mozzarella
  • 2 Knoblauchzehen
  • 1 Zweig Basilikum
  • 6 Pfefferkörner
  • ½ Liter Olivenöl

Preparation

  1. Prick the tomatoes to the heart with a fork.
  2. Press lightly with your hand to extract the water and the seeds.
  3. Scarfs for a few seconds and then peel them.
  4. Cut the mozzarella balls into thick washer.
  5. Peel the garlic. 
  6. Rang the tomatoes in the jar alternating with mozzarella, garlic, pepper and a few basil leaves.
  7. Cover completely with olive oil, close and leave to marinate 3 days in a dry, fresh and sheltered place before consuming.

This preparation is kept for a month, always covered with oil and in the refrigerator.
