Preparation
- Wash the herbs and dry them. Peel the garlic and onion, chop them in 5 mm thick rings. Spread them on a tray of your dehydrator; Do the same with aromatic herbs.
- Dry the ingredients by referring to the temperatures and durations indicated below.
- Reduce everything in powder in a blender or mortar.
- Mix this powder with the fleur de sel and keep it in an airtight jar.
Drying frame
AIL: 45 ° C for 8 a.m.
Onion: 50 ° C for 10 a.m.
Aromatic herbs: 40 ° C for 5 to 10 a.m. (depending on the herbs)
