Recipe Sauterne wine jelly

- Pour the Sauternes and the Sugar in a jam bowl, mix and bring to a boil.
- From this moment, count the cooking time of this jelly recipe: 10 minutes while stirring.
- Check the cooking of your wine jelly by pouring a few drops on a cold plate then lean the plate. Homemade jam must run slowly. ECUMER then proceed without delay to put it in pots. Close them and turn them back for 1 min, then put them back to the right to let them cool.
NB: This jam recipe also works with red wine.
