Ingredients


  • 1,5 kg de kakis bien mûrs (épluchés et coupés en morceaux)
  • 300 g d’oignons émincés
  • 250 g de sucre roux
  • 250 ml de vinaigre de cidre
  • 1 cuillère à café de gingembre frais râpé
  • 1 cuillère à café de cannelle
  • 1/2 cuillère à café de muscade
  • Une poignée de raisins secs (facultatif)

Preparation

  1. Brown the onions in a little oil.
  2. Add the pieces of khaki, sugar, vinegar, spices and raisins.
  3. Simmer over low heat for about 45 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
  4. Fill your jars up to 2cm from the edge, immediately carry out the heat treatment at 100 ° C for 45 minutes.
