  • 250g Sesamkörner

Preparation

  • Place the sesame seeds in a dry pan, over medium heat
  • Grille them until coloring without exceeding 5 minutes of cooking then let cool. You can also roast your sesame seeds in the oven at 180 ° C for 5 min.
  • Then mix until a friable paste is obtained
  • Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil then continue to mix until a thick and smooth paste.
  • Salt according to your preferences then keep the preparation in a jar in the fridge for a month.

If the mixture separates, stir the jar so that the texture is homogeneous
