"Overnight" porridge : noix de coco, kiwi et ananas

Ingredients

Number of persons: 1
  • 30gr de flocons d'avoine
  • 60gr de yaourt à la grecque
  • 8cl de lait (de vache ou végétal)
  • 10gr de noix de coco râpée
  • 40 gr d'ananas
  • 40 gr de kiwi
  • 1 cuillère à soupe de chocolat en poudre non sucré
  • 1 cuillère à café de miel

Preparation

  1. Add the oatmeal, grated coconut, milk, yogurt and honey to your jar.
  2.  Mix everything until having a homogeneous mixture. 
  3. Book in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 1 hour if you are really impatient!)  
  4. When serving, decorate with kiwi, pineapple and still a little rapée coconut if you wish! 

You can replace the Greek yogurt with cottage cheese and honey with agave syrup or maple syrup!
