Recipe Under-lived Strawberry-Melon-Cannel Arranged Rum

- Wash the strawberries, dry them with absorbent paper, then cut them in half. Remove the melon bark and cut the flesh into thin slices or cubes. Wash and dry the lime, cut it into rings.
- Place the fruits in a bowl, pour the rum, mix, add the star anise and cinnamon.
- Pour everything into a fairly large plastic bag, place it below the vacuum machine to prevent the liquid from flowing. Remove the air by pressing "manual suction" (liquid food), then "welding".
- Leave to marinate this mixture several days before tasting it.
Tip: Once marinated, you can transfer the rum arranged to a large hermetic jar to consume it regularly.
Advice : Let your rum macerate at least a month, to reveal all the flavors. Do not hesitate to try to combine new fruits and new spices depending on the seasons.
