Preparation

  1. Cut the pineapple flesh into cubes. Split the vanilla pod in half and extract the grains (keep the split clove which can be added at the end in the jar).
  2. In an airtight box, put the pineapple, vanilla grains and 100g of blond sugar. Leave to macerate 48 hours in the fridge.
  3. Pour the preparation into a jar Le Parfait Super 2L. Add the liter of 40 ° agricultural white rum.
  4. Store in a dry, fresh place, sheltered from light and wait for 6 months to 1 year before consuming.
