Place à la soupe !

Make way for soup!

True speech: summer is definitely over. But let's not see the half -empty pot: the season that is announced is full of small treats to buy: socks and slippers, comfortable sweaters, knitted blankets, abandon his friends because he is too cold outside (do not deny it), spend a cozy evening, and also: soup and all kinds of hot and creamy vegetables to drink.

So, long summer, and hello the soups season! Here are our favorites, perfect to browse the list above in a single batch, dive into laziness to always have a meal in advance and slow down a notch.

Jerusalem artichokes and chestnuts with hazelnut butter
Consider this soup as the comforting but always very healthy night dish of your dream. Lots of taste (wooded, smoked, chestnut) and so creamy (hello hazelnut butter and milk). It's like a walk in the forest, but without having to leave your sofa. You are welcome.

Celery soup with grilled nuts
A creamy soup likes a little sparkling. The proof: Test this celery recipe, and complete it with a few crunchy grilled nuts. The best combo of all time, if you ask us!

Pumpkin and lemongrass soup
Here is the right middle between laziness and good taste. Pumpkin soup, coconut milk, lemongrass, herbs and spices. It's a 40-minute recipe, but listen to us: it's so good that it's worth making it a big batch and a lot of pots. And then, go home on foot, slip into your combination and open this pot. Enjoy a slow life.

Cabbage and bacon soup
Cabbage, carrots, turnips, leeks and bacon. This is all you need to get more flavor of a soup you would never have thought possible. Who should thank here? (Finally we obviously) but also our dear brunch friend: bacon. Don't deny it, you know everything is better.

Orange soup
If you think the mash soup is rather boring, you could reconsider. Like crushed potatoes, squash and carrots only need a few ingredients to reach new culinary summits. And they are as cheap as it is tasty: salt, pepper and coconut milk. In addition, its orange color is all the rage at the moment (Halloween, we missed you), so stack them in your pantry.
