Recipe Mirabelle jam and balsamic vinegar

Ingredients

  • 1,2 kg di mirabelle mature
  • 1 kg di zucchero semolato
  • 1 stecca di cannella
  • 1/2 limone
  • Aceto balsamico

Preparation

  1. Rinse the mirabellers, dry them, cut them in 2 and remove the nuclei.

Manque l’essentiel, dommage : vinaigre 1 c à soupe oui, MAIS pour quel volume ?
