  • 900 ml di kefir
  • 2 arance BIO
  • 1/2 baccello di vaniglia

    Preparation

    1. Prepare your traditional kefir by following our recipe: Kéfir recipe
    2. Split the vanilla and recover the grains inside.
    3. Press the oranges then filter the juice and add the vanilla grains to the preparation.
    4. Add the mixture as well as kefir in a lemonader swing top Le Parfait and close the bottle.
    5. After 2 to 3 days of fermentation at room temperature, place your recipe in the refrigerator until tasting.
