Ingredients

  • 2 cotolette di pollo
  • 1 baccello carnoso di vaniglia
  • 20cl. crema semidensa
  • 1 dado per brodo di pollo
  • 1 cucchiaio. cucchiaino di aglio disidratato
  • 1 cipolla
  • sale
  • 1 pizzico di zenzero
  • alcune erbe aromatiche
  • 1 cucchiaio. cucchiaino di zucchero di canna
  • ½ cucchiaino. cucchiaino di curcuma

Preparation

  1. Mince the chicken cutlets. Small 1/2 vanilla pod and brush the cutlets.
