  • 7 carote
  • 1 patata grande
  • 1/2 cucchiaino di cumino (facoltativo)

Preparation

  1. Wash and peel the carrots and the potato.
  2. Cut them into pieces.
  3. Cook the pieces of carrots and potatoes using the technique of your choice (steam, in a pressure cooker, in the microwave).
  4. Once cooked, pass them to the mixer, then add salt, pepper and cumin.
  5. Immediately pour the puree into the jars Le Parfait Up to 2 cm from the edge, close the jars and immediately proceed to the heat treatment for 1 hour to 1200 ° C.

Store small pots in your cupboards. Before serving them for baby meals, add a square of fresh cheese or, if baby is already a little older, you can put lemon.
