Recipe Canned Brussels cabbage soup

Una zuppa fatta in casa che è così sorprendentemente veloce da preparare, è semplicemente troppo "choux"! È uno scherzo facile, direte voi, ma con il suo sapore incomparabile, ne chiederete ancora. Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Pour 1 l of water into a large saucepan and add the poultry broth cube. Bring to a boil.

  3. Add the cabbage and the pear to the broth, cover and simmer for 20 minutes with small broths.
  4. Mix your preparation to obtain a very homogeneous soup. Salt and pepper.
  5. Fill your jars Le Parfait Super up to 2 cm from the edge, close and immediately proceed to heat treatment, 2 hours at 100 ° C.

When consuming, when the soup is very hot, add a few braised bacon, cheese and croutons.
