Preparation
- In the same way as the Koso recipe, carry out diapers in your super jar while alternating the fruits (apple, strawberries, raspberries, ...) of your choice and their weight in sugar.
- Leave to macerate for 3 months at room temperature, stirring regularly.
- After 3 months, filter the mixture to transfer the syrup obtained in a swing top bottle Le Parfait.
- Leave to ferment your cheong before tasting for 6 months.
- You can then consume your syrup with flat or sparkling water, make fruit pasta, create sorbets, etc.
- Our little tip: after the first 3 months, you can recover the fruits to make jams!

La température et les conditions de fermentation ne sont pas claires : à l’ombre, à la lumière, au soleil, hors soleil, au frais, au frigo, au chaud, à température ambiante, concernant la première phase, concernant la seconde ?
