Recipe Orange chocolate cake sponge

- Butter the inside of the jars. Cut 3 circles of parchment paper and place them at the bottom of each jar (it will be easier to remove the cake from the jar).
- In a container, mix the butter and sugar, then incorporate the ingredients in this order: the cocoa, 1 egg, half the flour, 1 egg, the rest of the flour, the salt, the chocolate pieces, the orange zest.
- Put the mixture in a pastry bag, then fill each jar with 2/3 of the mixture, then place 40 g of orange marmalade on top of each cake. Finally, cover with the rest of the mixture.
- Close the jars and immediately proceed to the heat treatment, 1 hour at 120 ° C. Start counting time from boiling. After 1 hour, turn off and leave the jars immersed in hot water, remove them when the water has completely cooled.

Gâteau très “dense” et sec, dans des terrines de 200 le gâteau serait plus adapté à une portion.
Sinon c’est très bon.
