Recipe Orange kefir

- Prepare your traditional kefir by following our recipe: Kéfir recipe
- Split the vanilla and recover the grains inside.
- Press the oranges then filter the juice and add the vanilla grains to the preparation.
- Add the mixture as well as kefir in a lemonader swing top Le Parfait and close the bottle.
- After 2 to 3 days of fermentation at room temperature, place your recipe in the refrigerator until tasting.
