Learn everything about the conservation in jars or jars of your jams

You may know, storage in sugar helps keep food for months, with all their vitamins and smoothness. For a pot of perfect jam, you can macerate the fruits with the sugar, cook the preparation and finally take the jam or test of the cold plate (take a little jam from your cooking container and put a drop on a cold plate: if it flows slowly, cooking the jam is optimal). Then put your preparation in a pot and turn them over. It is not necessary to sterilize jars, it is sugar that ensures storage.

Last step but not the least: paste a beautiful label on your jar of jam, to remind you what is its flavor when you open it in several months. Orange jam, red fruit jam, orchard's fruit ... no constraints! So make your fetish jam recipes or try to test a new and daring recipe, like a mixture of three fruits.
