Ingredients


Pour environ 8 terrines 200gr :

  • 1 kg de kakis bien mûrs (épluchés et coupés en morceaux)
  • 500 g de pommes (épluchées et coupées en morceaux)
  • 100 g de sucre (ou selon votre goût)
  • 1 bâton de cannelle
  • Le jus d’un citron

Preparation

  1. Mix the kakis, apples, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon stick in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes, until the fruits are tender.
  3. Remove the cinnamon stick and mix if you want a smooth texture.
  4. Fill your terrines up to 2 cm from the edge and immediately proceed to the heat treatment at 100 ° C for 45 minutes.
