  • 1 Mutter Kombucha
  • 1L Kaffee
  • 70g Zucker

Preparation

  1. Prepare the coffee and add the sugar
  2. In a super jar and once the coffee has been cooled, place Kombucha's mother then close with a fabric and an elastic. Coffee having sufficient acidity, it is not necessary to add the Kombucha liquid.
  3. Leave to ferment 7 days at room temperature and taste regularly until the desired scent is obtained.
  4. Then keep your preparation in the refrigerator and consume the drink the following week!
