Ingredients

Number of persons: 4
  • 230 g de flocons d’avoine
  • 100 g d’amandes
  • 50 g de noix de pécan
  • 50 g de cacahuètes
  • 80 g de sucre de canne
  • 2 c. à s. de noix de coco râpée
  • 4 c. à s. de sirop d’érable ou de miel liquide
  • 4 c. à s. de compote de pommes ou de poires
  • 50 g de bananes séchées
  • 50 g de raisins séchés

Pour servir :

  • Yaourt à la grecque
  • Framboises fraîches
  • Noix de coco déshydratée
  • Sirop d'érable

Preparation

  1. Place the oats in a bowl.
  2. Quickly mix the nuts in a blender, then pour them into the bowl. Add the sugar, the grated coconut, the maple syrup or the liquid honey, then the dried fruits cut into very small pieces. Add the compote and carefully mix the whole to get a paste.
  3. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a tray of your dehydrator. Spread the dough on the sheet, on a thickness of 1 to 2 cm. Dry it by referring to the repository table below.
  4. To serve, crush the plate and sprinkle the pieces on a bowl of Greek yogurt, accompanied by fresh raspberries.

Tip: Add dehydrated coconut and maple syrup for a morning bowl rich in energy and even more greedy!
