Ingredients

Number of persons: 10 barres
  • 30 g de graines de chia
  • 50 g de flocons d’avoine
  • 100 g de dattes dénoyautées
  • 100 g de framboises
  • 50 g de figues séchées
  • 50 g d’amandes mondées
  • 2 c. à s. de sucre muscovado
  • 2 c. à s. de sirop d’agave

Preparation

  1. Soak the chia seeds in a small bowl with an identical volume of water. Soak the oatmeal in another bowl in the same way.
  2. After 10 to 15 min, transfer them to a bowl.
  3. Cut the dates, dried figs, raspberries into small pieces. Add them to the bowl.
  4. Mix the almonds. Add them to the bowl.
  5. Pour the sugar and agave syrup, then carefully mix the whole to obtain a paste.
  6. On a sheet of parchment paper, placed on a tray of your dehydrator, spread the dough 1.5 cm thick. (You can also distribute it in a silicone cavity silicon mold for cereal bars.)
  7. Dry the dough, referring to the repository table below.
  8. At the end of this time, cut the dough into bar with a knife or unmold.
