Ingredients


  • 1 litre d’huile d’olive
  • ½ pamplemousse non traité
  • 1 citron jaune non traité
  • ½ orange non traitée
  • 2 branches de basilic frais

Preparation

 

  1. Wash the citrus fruits, cut them into 5 mm thick rings.
  2. Arrange the slices of each citrus side by side on the trays of your dehydrator.
  3. Dry the ingredients by referring to the indications below.
  4. Cut the dehydrated citrus slices in half moons and enter them into a 1-liter bottle or jar. Pour the olive oil, add the fresh basil branches, then close tightly.
  5. Leave to macerate 24 hours before use.

Citrus: 55 ° C for 24 hours

Tip: This citrus oil is ideal for flavoring a marinated salmon or grilled fish.
Tip: Olive oil keeps sheltered from light and heat for 6 months.
