- Peel the carrot, cut it into 5 mm thick rings. Cut the pepper or pepper into strips. Put the celery branch in small sections 1 to 2 cm long.
- Spread the vegetables on the trays of your dehydrator. Dry them by referring to the temperatures and durations indicated below.
- Reduce dried vegetables and coriander seeds in a mixer.
- Mix this powder with the fleur de sel and keep it in an airtight jar.
Drying frame
Long or pepper pepper: 45 ° C for 6 p.m.
Carrot: 55 ° C for 10 a.m.
Celery-branche: 40 ° C for 6 p.m.
