  • 150g de fleur de sel
  • 1 citron jaune non traité
  • 1 orange non traitée
  • 1 branche de romarin

Preparation

  1. Cut the lemon and orange into 5 mm thick slices. Place them on the sets of your dehydrator.
  2. Dry them by referring to the temperatures and durations indicated below. Repeat the operation for the rosemary branch.
  3. Place 4 lemon slices and 4 orange rings in a blender, add the rosemary and reduce everything powder.
  4. Mix this powder with the fleur de sel and keep it in an airtight jar.

 

Drying frame

Lemon and orange: 55 ° C for 24 hours
Rosemary: 40 ° C for 5 a.m.
