Preparation
- Cut the lemon and orange into 5 mm thick slices. Place them on the sets of your dehydrator.
- Dry them by referring to the temperatures and durations indicated below. Repeat the operation for the rosemary branch.
- Place 4 lemon slices and 4 orange rings in a blender, add the rosemary and reduce everything powder.
- Mix this powder with the fleur de sel and keep it in an airtight jar.
Drying frame
Lemon and orange: 55 ° C for 24 hours
Rosemary: 40 ° C for 5 a.m.
