"Overnight" porridge : amandes et myrtilles

  • 30gr de flocons d'avoine
  • 60gr de yaourt à la grecque
  • 8cl de lait (de vache ou végétal)
  • 60gr de myrtilles
  • 1 cuillère à soupe d'amandes effilées
  • 1 cuillère à café de miel

Preparation

  1. Add oatmeal, milk, yogurt and honey to your jar.
  2.  Mix everything until having a homogeneous mixture. 
  3. Book in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 1 hour if you are really impatient!)  
  4. When serving, decorate with blueberries and tapered almonds.

You can replace the Greek yogurt with cottage cheese and honey with agave syrup or maple syrup!
