Ingredients


  • 300 gr de gros sel ou sel marin BIO
  • 100 gr de zeste de citron
  • 2 branches de romarin

Preparation

  1. Wash your lemons and rosemary. 
  2. Take the bark from lemon, and separate the rosemary strands from the branches, place everything in a baking dish.
  3. Put the rosemary, lemon and salt in your oven for 45 minutes at 100 ° C, let cool. 
  4. Mix the whole in your terrine. 

If you do not want to pass your salt in the oven, you can only dry lemon and rosemary then mix the whole before placing it in your terrine!
