#OUILEPARFAIT - General conditions

It's always a great pleasure to discover all your creations using our products! We would be delighted to share these photos and videos on our various communication channels: websites, social networks, newsletters, catalogs, other printed media, etc.  

By responding to our request with the hashtag #OUILEPARFAIT and tagging us with @leparfaitfr, you authorize Berlin Packaging France S.a.s. - owner of the brand "Le Parfait" - as well as other companies of the Berlin Packaging group and its business partners to use your photo or video for marketing and/or advertising activities, including in the website gallery on leparfait.com, in newsletters, on social networks, in communications sent by e-mail (newsletter, order confirmation...) and in other communication channels with customers, to be displayed in physical stores or trade fairs and for other marketing purposes.  

Please note that if your photo or video is used as described above, you will receive full credit: your social network will be linked to this photo and/or your name or handle will be mentioned.  

By granting your authorization, you agree to these terms and conditions, and grant Berlin Packaging France S.a.s. - owner of the brand "Le Parfait" - and other companies of the Berlin Packaging group a non-exclusive, royalty-free, unlimited in time and worldwide license to use and share your photo or video for marketing and/or advertising purposes as described herein, including the right to reproduce, distribute, modify and edit such photo or video. You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the material you submit and that you have the permission of all persons appearing in the photos. If products of other brands appear in the photo or video, we cannot reuse it.

Withdrawal of authorization

Please note that the photo or video will always remain your property: you therefore have the right to withdraw your authorization at any time. If you wish to withdraw your permission, please send us an email to contact@leparfait.com, attaching a copy of the photo or video you wish to remove and a screenshot of that photo or video taken while you were logged into your account. We will remove your photo or video from our digital channels within 30 days. If we have used your photo in our newsletter and/or catalogs or other printed materials, we will not be able to remove it, but we will not use it in the future.
