Number of persons: 4 persone
  • Tonno fresco
  • Grani di pepe
  • 1 foglia di alloro
  • Sale grosso

Preparation

Riempire le terrine con il pesce fresco.
Proseguite questa ricetta di tonno aggiungendo mezza foglia di alloro, 3 grani di pepe e mezzo cucchiaino di sale grosso.
Successivamente procedere immediatamente al trattamento termico per 3 ore a 100°C. Il tonno cuocerà così nel suo stesso grasso.

J ai testé plusieurs recettes mais pour finir la meilleure est la plus simple , laisser le thon cuire dans sa propre graisse , du coup, son goût n est pas dénaturé, perso je met au fond du bocal une tranche de citron et 2 grains de poivre.

Bonjour, ne faut-il pas ajouter de l’eau pour recouvrir le poisson avant de stériliser ?
