3 tiges de rhubarbe

4 œufs

140 g de sucre

150 g de farine

½ sachet de levure

40 g d'amandes en poudre

120 g de beurre

20 g amandes effilées

beurre et farine pour les terrines

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

  3. In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar, then add the flour, yeast and almond powder. Mix vigorously.
  4. Melt the butter and add it to the device. Mix.
  5. Add the rhubarb compote to the preparation.
  6. Butter and flour the terrines and fill them half (the cake will inflate when cooked!).
  7. Bake for 30 min at 180 ° C, leaving the terrines open and taking care not to put the rings in the oven! From the end of cooking, take the terrines out of the oven and let cool for a while.
  8. As soon as possible, taking care not to burn, arrange the rings, close the terrines and immediately proceed to the heat treatment 1 h at 100 ° C.
